We even offer you up to 24 months to make up your mind and if during this period our pram is not the one for you, you can return it once it's in its original condition and packaging. No hidden catches or charges, simply email us and we will arrange for our courier to collect the pram from you.
Returning your pram. If you choose to return a product then it must be returned in its original condition and original packaging with no signs of wear. We are unable to accept products that display signs of wear, are damaged, or if an attempt has been made to alter the product. Like trying on a pair of shoes in shop, you are able to walk around inside the shop but the shoes need to remain in a saleable condition as does the box so it can be sold to the next customer.
Test Your Product
1. Set-up and test the pram from the comfort of your living room, only test the pram indoors not outside.

Re-pack the products. The products need to be packed exactly as they came in their original packaging including plastic wrap and undamaged box (please do your best to take care when opening upon delivery). Returns not packaged as per instructions given, will incur a £50 repacking fee.

We will arrange collection
Upon return of the pram to us and confirmation that the product is in it's original condition*, a full refund will be processed within 14 days and you'll receive a notification to advise you that the payment has been reversed.
Note: Accessories which are purchased in the same transaction as a travel system can be returned with the travel system provided they are also in as new condition. This policy otherwise excludes accessories, exchange for a different colour and exchange to take advantage of any price variation.
*Products which are returned in a used condition will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible to pay for all courier fees associated with the return as well as an administration fee before the pram is returned.
